Pro gives you every tool to manage your own training and nutrition. Elite means Thomas builds your programme, sets your nutrition, and checks in with you directly — it's a coached relationship, not just software.

Search any food and get an instant estimate of protein, carbs, fats, and calories, sourced from a public food database. Estimates are a guide — actual values can vary by brand or preparation, and you can always log your own numbers manually instead.

Yes. Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, so you can cancel anytime from your phone's subscription settings — no need to contact us.
